Join the National network against trafficking in Women and Girls for prostitution

It’s vision is the eradication of trafficking in women and girls into Australia for prostitution. It aims to link organisations and individuals who are committed to eradicating trafficking for prostitution, by: • Coordinating advocacy and community awareness raising on trafficking; • Facilitating information-sharing on trafficking within the network; • Maintaining a database of nation-wide direct services and resources critical to supporting trafficked women; • Promoting the approach to trafficking prescribed by the United Nations Protocol to Prevent, Suppress, and Punish Trafficking in Persons, Especially Women and Children (2000)

The Network needs active, enthusiastic and committed members to make it effective. Therefore, we urge you and your organisation to join. You will receive: • A regular bulletin of trafficking-related news and events • Details of trafficking-related events around Australia • Access to a database of services and individuals able to assist women victims of trafficking
